If you are looking for a great healthy winter warmer, look no further than this delicious and nutritious hot avocado smoothie.  

Ingredients

½ Large Avocado
400ml Oat Milk (can use any milk)
1 tsp Manuka Honey
½ tsp Macca Powder½ tsp Sea Kelp
Pinch of Nutmeg

Method

Pour milk into a pan and gently boil.  Peel  the avocado and place in a smoothie container then add milk, honey, macca, kelp and nutmeg and blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.  Pour into a glass and enjoy!

2 raw Beets
600g (or 4 cups) Chickpeas
Juice of 1 Lime
4  Garlic Cloves
1/4tsp Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
1tsp Fenugreek (optional)
Bake beets for about 15 minutes or boil for 10 minutes.  Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until all ingredients are infused.  Dress with herbs cilantro or parsley.  For smaller amount  use 1 cup (128 grams) 1 clove of garlic.  Salt to taste.

Wake Up Vitality Power Shake

1/2 banana                                   1/4 cup raw peanuts

1/4 cup blueberries                    4 strawberries 

½ tbs chia and ground pumpkin seeds  blended with ice and flax seed milk.


Cafe Negrita May con Tequila

3 cups of black coffee                  1 Tbl spoon coconut oil

2/3 cup of Tequila                       1/3 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup of dark chocolate           add Stevia to sweeten

32 ounces = approximate 4 servings
